Technology Learning & Development Specialist

As of October 1st, a powerhouse firm, is seeking a Technology Learning & Development Specialist.

This role will develop and deliver technology and will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

• Producing engaging technology training programs for attorneys and staff


• Coordinating new hire technology orientation and adaption across offices


• Creating training materials, quick reference guides, and e-learning resources


• Supporting the adoption of new technologies and workflows


• Collaborating with practice groups and internal teams to identify training needs


• Providing virtual, in-person, and desk-side technology training and support

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree


• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a law firm


• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills


• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and translate technical concepts into user-friendly training


• Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)


• Experience with legal technology such as NetDocuments, Litera Create, or NTD is highly desirable


• Knowledge of AI tools and iTimekeep is a plus
