Dynamic and fast growing Independent RIA seeks a Wealth Advisor to inherit relationships from 3 retiring advisors over the next 2-3 years (~200M+ AUM).

• Provide comprehensive wealth management services inclusive of financial planning, tax planning, estate planning and risk management to a select group of high net worth individuals and families
• Strong expertise in advising executives, newly independent women, as well as entrepreneurs approaching liquidity events
• Extensive marketing budget that drives a continuous stream of warm leads and prospects
• $175,000 first year compensation package with potential to convert to revenue based payout over time. Clear track towards equity ownership

Requirements

• Advanced designations such as CFP, CDFA, CEP or CEPA strongly preferred
