- Analyze labor performance and warehouse operations to identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Generate, review, and distribute Labor Management System (LMS) reports to facility leadership.
- Monitor labor standards, performance trends, and operational data.
- Identify reporting errors and work with supervisors to ensure accurate data and timekeeping.
- Provide recommendations to site leadership based on labor performance and analytics.
- Partner with supervisors and operations teams to improve labor execution and accountability.
- Train new supervisors on LMS functionality, reporting, and system processes.
- Provide LMS support and assist operations teams with system troubleshooting.
- Support labor process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Review employee time clock activity for accuracy.
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to labor functions.
- Work with LMS/WMS systems, including Manhattan software, within a fast-paced distribution and 3PL environment. Labor Management Analyst Final
