Location: Richmond, VA/ McLean, VA- 3 Days Hybrid

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior HR Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across Finance, Accounting, Audit, Legal, and other corporate/staff functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer.
• Handle 15–17 requisitions simultaneously.
• Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn and other channels.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Build strong candidate pipelines and deliver qualified talent.
• Manage interviews, candidate communication, and hiring workflows.
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate ATS records.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of recruiting experience
• Strong sourcing and full-cycle recruiting background.
• Experience recruiting for Finance, Accounting, Audit, Legal, or corporate functions.
• Proven high-volume recruiting/hiring results.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Workday or similar ATS experience preferred.
• Agency recruiting experience is welcome.
