Overview:

Our client, a growing RIA, is looking for a Client Services Associate to support advisors and the broader client service team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in wealth management or financial services, experience working with HNW clients, and strong operational and client service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support advisors with day-to-day client service and administrative needs.
• Assist with new client onboarding and account opening.
• Prepare and process client paperwork and account documentation.
• Handle account maintenance, cash management, and investment-related transactions.
• Work with custodians and other partners to process client requests.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or a related field.
• Experience working with high-net-worth clients.
• Strong understanding of investment account operations and transactions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Florida 2-15 insurance license is a plus, but not required.
• Investment and insurance experience is a plus.
