Please & Thank You is building a team of high performers who are eager to serve guests, grow in their knowledge of coffee and hospitality, and be a key contributor to the team around them as well as to the company as a whole. Hospitality comes first, for guests and for each other, and every team member plays a direct role in that, everyday.

We are looking for driven and coachable team members who enjoy working with people and serving others.

• Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests and coworkers
• Craft espresso drinks and other beverages to high standards
• Bake and serve baked goods, cookies included, with care
• Follow shift checklists to keep the cafe clean, stocked, and guest-ready
• Handle orders and payments accurately
• Participate in ongoing training

• A genuine passion for hospitality and serving people
• Curiosity and care about the craft
• A calm, reliable presence in a busy work environment
• Availability for some early mornings, nights, weekends, and/or holidays
• Prior barista or food service experience is a plus, not required
• Attention to detail and being receptive to direct feedback
• Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced environment

Hourly, part-time or full-time

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base wage + tips — $16/hr guaranteed
