IT Business Support Analyst

Duration: 12 month Contract To Hire

Location: Remote within the US (supporting MST)

Pay: $45/hr. w2 + benefits

About the Opportunity:

Our enterprise-level client with a global presence is seeking an IT Business Support Analyst to support a critical Inventory Automation platform and related enterprise applications within a data center environment. This role serves as a key liaison between business users, IT teams, operations, vendors, and development teams to ensure application reliability, successful system integrations, and a positive user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve ServiceNow tickets related to application support, system integrations, and platform lifecycle issues.


• Support data migration and platform consolidation efforts from legacy systems to future-state solutions.


• Collaborate with IT, Software Engineering & Development, Operations, vendors, and business stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues.


• Monitor application performance and identify opportunities for process and system improvements.


• Create and maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and system configuration records.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience supporting enterprise applications, including ServiceNow, in a business-facing IT environment.


• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.


• Experience managing and resolving ServiceNow tickets.


• Experience supporting inventory management, automation, asset management, or operational technology platforms.


• Data center industry experience.


• Experience supporting system integrations, application lifecycle activities, or data migration initiatives.


• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and analysis.


• Exposure to enterprise system implementations, upgrades, or migrations.
