D365 F&O Manufacturing/Production Control Lead
Job Description
D365 F&O Manufacturing /Production Control Lead | US | $120–150K + Benefits
My client is seeking a senior D365 F&O manufacturing specialist to become the go-to resource for Production Control across their US and Mexico operations.
They need someone who genuinely understands what happens on the shop floor and can diagnose and improve production issues directly in D365 F&O.
What they need:
• Deep, hands-on D365 F&O Production Control experience
• Strong Master Planning / MRP and production scheduling expertise
• Detailed production scheduling and sequencing
• Hands-on experience with Gantt/scheduling boards
• Production Floor Execution (PFE)
• Machine/resource capacity, availability and crewing
• Production orders, routes, operations and shop-floor execution
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimise existing D365 manufacturing processes
• Experience providing post-go-live support / optimisation, not just implementations
• Manufacturing experience across multiple companies/environments strongly preferred
• Someone who has personally configured, diagnosed and supported D365 manufacturing, rather than primarily managing the project or functional team
• Fluent Spanish and English
• Ability to travel to Mexico, potentially up to 50% during the first year, with travel expected to reduce thereafter
• US-based and eligible to work in the US
The opportunity:
This is a newly created senior role with significant ownership. The business is already live on D365 F&O and needs someone who can come in, understand the current production environment quickly, identify where things are going wrong and lead the optimisation of Production Control going forward.
Location: US-based, with Mexico travel
Salary: $120–150K depending on experience
Travel: Up to 50% to Mexico initially, then expected to reduce
If your background is genuinely Production Control / scheduling / shop-floor focused within D365 F&O, I'd be interested in speaking.
