The Roethlisberger Life Group is expanding its remote sales team and looking for motivated individuals who know how to connect with people, follow a process, and close. The industry is new — the skills aren't.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll work with clients who have already requested information, guide them through a consultative conversation, and help them find the right solution for their family. We handle the leads and the training. You bring the sales instincts.

WHAT THIS ROLE INVOLVES

→ Client-facing consultative sales — phone and video

→ Warm leads provided — no cold calling

→ No inventory, no territory restrictions, no fulfillment

→ 100% remote — work from home, full time or part time

→ Structured onboarding and ongoing training

→ Performance-based compensation (1099)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

→ Sales or customer-facing experience

→ Strong communicator who builds trust quickly

→ Self-motivated and reliable

→ Comfortable in a commission-based environment

→ Ability to obtain a state insurance license (we guide you through it)

This is a licensed sales position within a financial services agency. This is a 1099 commission-based role. This is not MLM.
