<p>Express Employment Professionals is hiring for a Maintenance Manager<span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody"> for one of the oldest and most respected funeral homes in Delaware. Our client is a family-owned business with four funeral home locations (New Castle, Newark, Delaware City and Middletown). The position is full-time with a mandatory on-call requirement of at least one week a time.</span></p><p><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">The candidate must be skilled and experienced in building and grounds maintenance, and be meticulous, detail-driven, and proactive about maintenance issues. The candidate must also be comfortable handling decedents and will have a mandatory on-call schedule for removals. </span></p><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li> Skilled in facility maintenance, including basic electrical and plumbing work, HVAC, lighting, painting, and exterior upkeep</li><li>Familiarity with tools of the trade</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and time management with the ability to rank and prioritize multiple projects at once</li><li>MUST have a car</li></ul><p>Send resume to Joseph.Cummings@Expresspros.com or call 215 893 1200 if interested.</p><p>This is a Direct Hire position with benefits including:</p><p>Regular hours are 8 am - 4:30 pm.
