Job Summary
A stable company in SE Portland is seeking a Project Administrative Assistant to support construction project teams with essential administrative coordination. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional with 3 to 5 years of construction project assistant experience and hands-on knowledge of RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a steady, team-focused construction environment where accuracy, communication, and follow-through are highly valued. The Project Administrative Assistant will work closely with project managers, field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to help keep residential and commercial construction projects moving efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Support project managers and construction teams with day-to-day administrative coordination.
- Prepare, track, and process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and related project documentation.
- Maintain organized project files, records, logs, and correspondence.
- Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, internal teams, and clients to gather and distribute project information.
- Assist with document control, deadline tracking, and follow-up to support project timelines.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure projects are completed accurately and efficiently.
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation: $57,000.00 to $62,000.00.
- Job Type: Direct Hire.
- Location: Portland, OR.
