ABA Therapist - Part Time - Union NJ

Job Summary:

Are you a compassionate and dedicated ABA Therapist looking to join a team that is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Autism? Golden Care Therapy NJ is seeking a Part-Time ABA Therapist to join our team in Union County, New Jersey. As an ABA Therapist with Golden Care Therapy NJ, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families to ensure successful outcomes.

About the Role:

As an ABA Therapist with Golden Care Therapy NJ, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality, individualized ABA Therapy services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You will:

  • Develop and implement client-centered treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams

  • Conduct initial assessments and ongoing progress monitoring to ensure clients are meeting treatment goals

  • Provide parent training and support to empower families to carryover skills and strategies in natural environments

  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and billing information

  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay current with best practices and industry developments

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychologists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
