Director/Senior Director - New Business Development

Reporting to: Associate Vice President – Energy and Utilities
LTM is seeking a high-energy, self-motivated professional with sound business insight and growth instincts within the Energy and Utilities pace. The Senior/Principal Director - Business Development is responsible for business penetration and expansion into new accounts and capability pursuits in existing domain. We are looking for individuals with a strong network that have worked for or sold into the Energy and Utilities/Mining Industry.

We partner with Electric, Gas, and Water organizations to reinvent operations by seamlessly connecting the physical and digital worlds through our comprehensive IT/OT capabilities. Our solutions help utilities address critical priorities including Distributed Energy Resources (DER), grid modernization, production asset management, transmission and distribution operations, EV infrastructure expansion, customer experience transformation, and the broader energy transition.

Pay Range:
Base Salary : starting at $150,000 per anum
In addition, we offer a commission which is dependent on achievement of targets by the role holder.
