A female-led, established and growing independent wealth management firm serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients is seeking a Financial Advisor. The firm offers comprehensive planning, a highly personal client experience, and direct mentorship from its successful founder and lead advisor.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a trusted advisor and day-to-day point of contact
• Lead review meetings, present financial plans, and manage follow-through
• Take on increasing responsibility for client relationships as you grow within the firm
• Support firm growth through referrals, centers of influence, community networking, and relationship development

What’s Offered

• $125,000–$150,000 base + 10% bonus
• Variable compensation tied to business development and relationship growth

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree; CFP or actively pursuing CFP
• Series 7/66 or Series 65
• 4+ years of client-facing financial advisory experience
• Strong meeting leadership and demonstrated ability to develop new client relationships
