Training and Development Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Manage the LMS and develop engaging digital learning, training resources, and onboarding programs.


• Design product and sales enablement training that translates complex offerings into clear, actionable content.


• Create concise video and other digital learning experiences using modern instructional design techniques.


• Partner with subject matter experts and business leaders to deliver effective virtual and live training programs.


• Analyze learning data, manage external vendors, and continuously improve our talent development programs and processes.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of design and facilitation experience


• Bachelor's degree


• Must be comfortable commuting to Manhattan 5 days a week


• Strong attention to detail
