<p>ABR Employment Services is seeking an energetic, dependable Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative to support our client. In this role, you will manage day-to-day client communications, field inbound requests, follow up on quotes, and proactively reach out to existing accounts and new prospects.</p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Answer inbound customer calls, provide accurate product quotes, and assist clients with order placement.</p><li><p>Proactively make outbound calls to current customers, sales leads, and new prospects to maintain relationships and drive sales.</p><li><p>Complete daily order entry and calculate custom shipping quotes.</p><li><p>Provide customers with detailed product information, specifications, and turnaround/delivery times.</p><li><p>Manage daily call volume, customer outreach, and sales follow-ups with organized time management.</p><li><p>Collaborate closely with production and sales teams in a fast-paced manufacturing office setting.</p></ul><h3><strong>Qualifications & Requirements</strong></h3><ul><li><p><strong>Location:</strong> Must be able to commute reliably to our Neenah, WI facility daily (this is a fully on-site role).</p><li><p><strong>Experience:</strong> Prior experience in phone-based inside sales, outbound sales, or customer service is preferred.</p><li><p><strong>Industry Experience:</strong> Familiarity with printing, signage, or custom manufacturing processes is a plus, but not required.</p><li><p><strong>Computer Proficiency:</strong> Basic familiarity with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, and QuickBooks (or similar data entry systems).</p><li><p><strong>Math Skills:</strong> Solid foundational algebra and calculator skills for computing accurate pricing, quantities, and dimensions.</p><li><p><strong>Work Style:</strong> Self-starter with strong communication skills, comfortable making phone calls independently while working seamlessly in a small-team environment.</p></ul><h3><strong>Benefits & Additional Details</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Competitive hourly pay at $18.00/hr.</p><li><p>Consistent 1st shift daytime hours with no weekends (8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.).</p><li><p>Full-time employee benefits eligibility upon completion of the try-before-hire evaluation period.</p></ul><p>ABR Employment Services is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
