Jennifer Ribek Interior Design is a boutique interior design studio based in Jupiter, Florida, specializing in thoughtfully designed, highly personalized residential interiors. Our projects are layered, detailed, and tailored to each client, with an emphasis on creating spaces that are both beautiful and functional.

We are a collaborative, hands-on studio involved in every aspect of the design process—from initial concepts and space planning through construction, procurement, installation, and final styling.

Role Description

We are looking for a talented and highly organized Interior Designer to join our growing team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jupiter, Florida.

The ideal candidate has a strong design eye, understands the details that go into high-end residential projects, and is comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced studio environment.

Responsibilities will include space planning, sourcing furniture and materials, developing design presentations, preparing drawings and specifications, coordinating with vendors and trades, attending client and construction meetings, and assisting with projects through final installation.

You will work closely with the Principal Designer and the rest of the JRI team to ensure every detail is thoughtfully selected, documented, communicated, and executed.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in interior design, preferably high-end residential design


• Strong eye for color, scale, proportion, materials, and furniture


• Experience with space planning, furniture layouts, FF&E selections, finishes, lighting, millwork, and custom details


• Proficiency in AutoCAD and experience producing floor plans, elevations, and detailed design drawings


• Strong presentation skills and proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, or similar programs


• Ability to source, specify, and organize furniture, fabrics, wallcoverings, lighting, finishes, and accessories


• Comfortable communicating professionally with clients, architects, contractors, vendors, and trades


• Experience attending job-site meetings and reviewing construction details


• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail


• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and changing priorities


• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience


• Positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to be hands-on throughout all phases of a project
