Metric is looking for an ambitious Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help find and attract the next generation of talent joining our business. As we continue to scale, our early careers program is a major part of our growth, and you’ll play a direct role in building it.

This is an opportunity to get involved in recruitment from day one: headhunting candidates, conducting screenings, building relationships with universities, and representing Metric at career fairs. You’ll help graduates understand what they can achieve here while identifying the people with the potential to succeed.

We’re open to a recent graduate or someone early in their career. You don’t need previous recruitment experience, but you do need ambition, initiative, and the confidence to start conversations.

What you’ll do

• Proactively source and headhunt candidates for our early careers program through LinkedIn, job boards, university networks, referrals, and direct outreach.


• Conduct initial candidate screenings to understand motivations, communication skills, career goals, and suitability for opportunities at Metric.


• Build an engaged pipeline of graduates and early-career candidates across our hiring locations.


• Help plan and attend career fairs, campus events, presentations, and networking opportunities.


• Develop relationships with university career services, student organizations, and other campus contacts.


• Stay active in the graduate market, understanding what candidates are looking for and finding new ways to reach them.


• Partner with Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, and Marketing to support campaigns that attract early-career talent.


• Keep candidate records accurate and follow up consistently to deliver a positive, professional candidate experience.

What we’re looking for

• A completed bachelor’s degree.


• Ambition and a clear desire to build a career in talent acquisition.


• Strong communication skills and confidence approaching people you haven’t met.


• A proactive mindset: you take initiative, follow through, and look for opportunities.


• Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities.


• Curiosity about people, business, and what makes someone successful.


• Willingness to attend campus events and travel for career fairs as needed.

Previous experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, campus leadership, or university ambassador programs is welcome, but isn’t required.
