My client a leader in the diagnostic space with offices in West Palm Beach is looking for a Client Success Partner who enjoys connecting with people, solving problems, and turning great client relationships into lasting partnerships.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to partner for your assigned clients, helping them get the most out of our services while identifying opportunities to improve engagement, strengthen retention, and grow our business. You’ll work closely with internal teams and collaborate with colleagues to create an exceptional client experience.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with your assigned clients through proactive communication and outreach.


• Identify opportunities to improve client engagement, increase service utilization, and grow existing relationships.


• Reconnect with inactive clients and promote new services, campaigns, and special offers.


• Lead client training sessions and support new client launches.


• Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver a seamless client experience.


• Keep client interactions and updates organized in Salesforce.


• Share knowledge, support teammates, and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
