LumaDent is growing, and we're looking for a confident, personable, and driven Dental Sales Representative to take ownership of the Cincinnati market.

You'll represent innovative loupes, headlights, and ergonomic solutions designed specifically for dental professionals while building and managing your own territory.

As a LumaDent Sales Representative, you'll be the face of our brand throughout the Cincinnati dental community.

• Build and maintain relationships with dentists, hygienists, specialists, and dental practices.


• Develop new business and grow existing accounts throughout the Cincinnati territory.


• Visit dental offices and introduce professionals to LumaDent products.


• Conduct product demonstrations and consultations.


• Educate dental professionals on our loupes, headlights, and ergonomic solutions.


• Follow up with leads and customers throughout the sales process.


• Attend dental events, meetings, and industry opportunities.


• Maintain customer information, sales activity, and follow-ups in our CRM.


• Take ownership of your territory and work toward established sales goals.


• Represent LumaDent with professionalism, confidence, and enthusiasm.

We're looking for someone who is outgoing, motivated, competitive, and comfortable building relationships.

You don't have to be a career dental salesperson. We want someone who knows how to communicate, build trust, identify opportunities, and close business.

You'll stand out if you have:

• Dental, medical, pharmaceutical, or B2B sales experience.


• Experience building and managing a sales territory.


• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.


• Confidence presenting products to individuals and groups.

• The ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.

Monthly Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Earn a consistent base salary while building your Cincinnati territory, with the opportunity to earn additional commission as your sales grow. Commission eligibility begins after reaching the established sales threshold.
