About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee capital improvement projects, unit renovations, ADU construction, and property repositioning efforts across our multifamily portfolio. This role will manage projects from planning and budgeting through completion while ensuring quality, schedule, and budget objectives are achieved.
The Construction Manager will be responsible for coordinating multiple renovation projects simultaneously, including unit turns, interior remodels, exterior improvements, common area upgrades, and other value-add initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of solving problems in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritize competing deadlines, and a willingness to be in the field regularly monitoring project progress, conducting quality control inspections, and ensuring work meets company standards.
