Case Management Agency Supervisor

We’re excited to share an opportunity for a Case Management Agency (CMA) Supervisor! This role supervises and coaches case management staff, coordinates daily operations and workflows, and supports quality, compliance, and a consistent member experience.

Starting salary: $63,504.62–$66,166.89 annually

Work environment: Hybrid, with regular in-office expectations, community responsibilities, and remote work based on operational needs.

Qualifications include:

A bachelor’s degree, five years of relevant Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) experience, including developmental disabilities, or an appropriate combination of education and relevant experience.

Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft 365 or electronic documentation systems.

Preferred: One year of TRE experience, particularly as a Service Coordinator or Lead Service Coordinator; two years in a case management setting; and supervisory experience supporting, training, and developing staff.
