Large multi-state ABA company is seeking a care coordinator to join our ABA team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, compassionate, with strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with families, clinicians, and providers.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate ABA services and supporting clients with their ongoing care.
• Communicate regularly with families, caregivers, clinicians, and internal teams.
• Assist with scheduling, authorizations, referrals, and documentation.
• Follow up on outstanding requests and help resolve service-related issues.
• Maintain accurate and timely client records and ensure information is updated.
• Support a positive and responsive experience for families throughout the care process.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure continuity of care.

This position requires a schedule of 10 AM-6 PM. Experience in ABA, behavioral health, healthcare, or care coordination is strongly preferred.
