About Content Forge

Content Forge is a social-first content agency. We build founder-led content, podcasts, YouTube channels and short-form video for brands and operators in ecommerce, B2B/SaaS, sports media, consumer tech and more. We’re looking for a part-time videographer in Miami to film shoots with founders and creators on our client roster.

The role

You’ll be our go-to shooter in Miami. On a typical shoot day you’ll film a founder or creator delivering 10 to 15 short-form videos from scripts our strategists prepare, working alongside a Content Forge producer on set or remotely. Some shoots are podcast or interview setups with multiple cameras, and some are event coverage. Shoots are booked in advance, usually a few days a month, and the schedule grows with our client roster in your city.

What you’ll do

• Film vertical short-form videos with clean framing, good light and clear audio.


• Set up and run multicam shoots for podcasts and interviews.


• Light offices, studios and on-location setups so they look good on camera.


• Direct talent through takes so delivery feels natural and confident.


• Capture B-roll that our editors can use to build out each video.


• Organize and upload footage the same day, with clear notes for our editors.


• Show up on time, prepared and professional with clients on set.

What we’re looking for

• A portfolio or reel that shows short-form, interview or founder-style content.


• Your own camera, audio and lighting kit, or reliable access to one.


• Experience lighting and recording audio without a large crew.


• Comfort working with founders and executives who aren’t used to being on camera.


• Reliable, organized and easy to work with.


• Based in or near Miami, with your own transportation to shoots.

Nice to have

• Multicam podcast experience.


• Event or conference coverage experience.


• Basic editing skills, for quick turnarounds.
