POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot system-related issues, and support day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues.
• Diagnose technical problems and identify root causes.
• Respond to support requests and resolve issues within established timelines.
• Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and recurring issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
• Assist with system maintenance and performance monitoring, as required.
• Communicate technical information clearly to users and stakeholders.
• Follow established support procedures and recommend process improvements.
