Kingdom Factor is seeking accomplished Christian business professionals to join our growing community of Executive Leadership Coaches.

As a Kingdom Factor Coach, you'll bring together and lead peer advisory groups of Christian business owners and executives, creating a trusted environment where leaders can share challenges, exchange perspectives, strengthen their businesses, and grow in their faith.

You'll serve as a facilitator, mentor, and strategic thought partner, helping members navigate leadership challenges through meaningful conversations, collective wisdom, personal coaching, and practical application of biblical principles.

Whether you're exploring a meaningful second career or looking to expand your existing professional work, Kingdom Factor offers the opportunity to build a flexible, income-generating coaching practice supported by an established leadership model, comprehensive training, and a collaborative Christian coaching community.

• Build and facilitate peer advisory groups of Christian business owners, executives, and organizational leaders.


• Lead monthly group meetings that encourage open dialogue, shared learning, strategic thinking, and accountability.


• Provide personal coaching and mentorship to help members navigate professional, personal, and spiritual challenges.


• Guide members in applying the Kingdom Factor Leadership Model to strengthen leadership effectiveness, business performance, and personal integrity.


• Foster trusted relationships where members can openly discuss challenges, exchange perspectives, and support one another.


• Build connections within the Christian business community and develop relationships with prospective group members.


• Encourage members to integrate biblical principles into their leadership decisions and business practices.


• Develop and grow your independent coaching practice using Kingdom Factor's established framework, training, and resources.

Qualifications


We're looking for seasoned professionals who bring a combination of business experience, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for helping others succeed.










Ideal candidates will have:





• 10+ years of experience in executive leadership, business ownership, management, consulting, ministry leadership, or professional coaching.


• A strong understanding of business operations, strategic planning, organizational leadership, and business growth.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.


• The ability to facilitate meaningful discussions, ask thoughtful questions, and guide collaborative problem-solving.


• Strong business judgment and the ability to draw upon real-world leadership experience.


• An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently.


• A commitment to Christian values and faith-centered leadership.


• A genuine desire to mentor, encourage, and develop other business leaders.





Previous executive coaching experience or professional coaching certification is beneficial but not required.
