Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations of pediatric patients, ensuring thorough understanding and documentation of their medical history.

• Diagnose and provide treatment for common pediatric illnesses and chronic health conditions, developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs.
• Prescribe medications and monitor patient responses, making adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain organized and accurate patient records in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child’s health conditions, treatment options, and medications in a clear and compassionate manner.
• Educate families on preventive care measures, common pediatric diseases, and wellness strategies to promote long-term health.
• Participate in improving operational workflows to enhance patient experiences and outcomes.
• Engage in professional development opportunities to stay current in pediatric practices and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role focuses on providing healthcare to children from infancy through adolescence. The wide range of medical conditions you will address includes respiratory illnesses, gastrointestinal issues, allergies, and developmental concerns, among others. Your proactive approach to preventive care will help promote long-term health and development in the pediatric population.

Qualifications

• Holder of a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies and a valid Texas State Physician Assistant license (PA-C).
• Demonstrated success in a primary care setting, preferably with a focus on pediatrics.
• Strong clinical knowledge of pediatric health issues and best practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect with children and their families.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 150,000 – 180,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a rewarding salary, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
