Job Description

Role: Senior Construction Project Manager

Location: Cleveland, OH - Onsite

Salary: $90K to 110K per annum

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 9 years of experience with custom curtain wall systems, unitized wall systems, structural glass wall systems, or architectural metal panels.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
  • Must carry insurance as outlined in the Company Driver Policy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with MS Project or similar project management software.
  • Travel required based on project needs.
