This individual will play a key role in building foundational EHS systems, driving compliance, and improving safety performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. • Analyze safety metrics, trends, and performance data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Partner with operations and site leadership to build a strong safety culture while supporting a growing manufacturing operation.

  • Reporting into and collaborating with an EHS Director.

The Candidate

  • Hands-on EHS professional with experience in a manufacturing environment and a track record of owning safety programs (food safety a plus)

  • Strong knowledge of LOTO, machine guarding, safety training, risk reduction, and regulatory compliance.

  • Comfortable using metrics and data to drive decisions, accountability, and program improvements.

  • Clear, concise communicator who can effectively influence employees and leadership at all levels.
