Pay We are looking for someone to come and film one of our artists 3 times weekly, 10am - 6pm. $800 daily.

Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Scottsdale, AZ. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to grow audience engagement and brand awareness. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing social media strategies, managing posting schedules, monitoring analytics, responding to audience interactions, and collaborating with artists and internal teams on campaigns. The Social Media Manager will also optimize profiles and content for performance, stay current with platform trends and best practices, and track results to continuously improve La Dolce Records’ online presence.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills.


• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Writing skills.


• Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan and organize campaigns and posts.


• Candidates should possess familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, YouTube) and basic analytics tools.


• Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.


• Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in Scottsdale, AZ and collaborate with diverse teams and artists.


• Candidates should possess a demonstrated interest in music and entertainment; prior experience in the music industry or creative fields is beneficial.


• Candidates should possess relevant education or experience in marketing, communications, media, or a related discipline.
