Nurse Practitioner

Nurse Practitioner - Wound Care - Multiple Locations

We are seeking a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner to provide wound care services to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities throughout Rome, Utica, Syracuse and Watertown, NY.

Compensation: $140,000 - $170,000 annually + Benefits + Travel Reimbursement

Schedule: Part Time and Full Time opportunities available

Location: Nursing Homes in Rome, Utica, Syracuse and Watertown, NY

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive wound assessments and treatment planning


• Provide ongoing wound care management and follow-up


• Collaborate with facility staff and interdisciplinary care teams


• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, documentation requirements, and best practices


• Support optimal healing outcomes for long-term care residents

Qualifications

• Active New York Nurse Practitioner license


• Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner


• Wound Care Certification strongly preferred


• Experience working with geriatric patients and/or in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred


• Excellent clinical, communication, and documentation skills
