The Role

You will grow JobFinder AI's audience on LinkedIn and turn new signups into active, paying users through email.

What You Will Work On

• Plan, write, and publish posts, carousels, and articles for our LinkedIn company page


• Own lifecycle emails: welcome, onboarding, abandoned checkout, and win-back


• Run A/B tests on subject lines, hooks, and send times, and report what worked


• Track follower growth, clicks, and signups by channel each week


• Turn product updates and job-market data into content job seekers want to share

What We Are Looking For

• 2–3 years in social media, content, or lifecycle marketing


• Clear, plain writing in American English


• A track record of growing a channel or improving an email program, with numbers to show for it


• Comfortable with spreadsheets and an analytics tool

Nice to Have

• Experience with an email platform (Brevo, Customer.io, Mailchimp, or similar)


• Basic design skills in Canva or Figma


• Recent job-hunting experience — you know how it feels
