Aegis Worldwide is partnered with a manufacturing company on the northside of Indianapolis who's hiring for a Supply Chain Lead/Manager. This is a direct hire position with a company offering great benefits, culture, and growth opportunities.

DIRECT HIRE

PAY - $110,000 range + bonus

SCHEDULE - Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM

BENEFITS - 4% 401K match, 3 weeks PTO, strong & affordable medical, dental, and vision

LOCATION - Northside of Indianapolis, IN

INDUSTRY - Medical Device Manufacturing

Responsibilities:

• Handle all master production planning, coordinating materials with production schedules.
• Ensure materials come into the plant on time and investigate delivery issues.
• Ensure production is driving forward in the right direction with the materials
• Find ways of bringing efficiency to the production lines by decreasing changeover timeframes.
• Manage production planners, scheduling staff, and material handler associates.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of leadership experience within a manufacturing supply chain environment.
• Must have experience maintaining and creating master production schedules.
• Must have regulated industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, not required.
