ISC’s team of Hospitality Recruiters has been retained by a leading and highly ranked Property Management Group on an exciting hotel General Manager opportunity within a beautiful independent property owned by influential local businesses. This extremely well-maintained property boasts 12,000 square feet of meeting space and frequently hosts banquets and large events. Our client’s approx. 150-room hotel requires a passionate and community-minded hotel General Manager possessing the drive to provide leadership and guidance to the team, uphold service standards, coordinate budgets and drive revenue/profitability.

This is a fantastic position for an experienced and collaborative hospitality leader with a proven track record including independent hotel GM experience, as well as demonstrated sustained results in operational success and revenue generation. Our client is stable and growing and the General Manager will have the opportunity to oversee the day-to-day operations with a hands-on approach, exemplifying effective leadership and demonstrating a keen passion for guest satisfaction.

General Manager Requirements- To qualify, you should have the following:

• 3+ years' min hotel General Manager experience with an independent property


• Strong administrative skills and financial acumen, including prior knowledge of budgeting software, payroll, revenue and forecasting


• Proven leadership ability to recruit, manage and motivate staff/cross-functional groups with respectful/clear communication, training, mentoring, developing talent and coaching


• Drive to balance department efficiency and excellent guest service
