What You'll Do

Round on patients in skilled nursing and long-term care settings, including history and physical examinations and monthly regulatory visits. You'll collaborate with NPs, PAs, nursing staff, and facility leadership to coordinate care across a multidisciplinary team.

Who We're Looking For

- Current, unrestricted Oregon MD or DO license

- Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, and/or Geriatrics preferred

- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

- Efficient, collaborative, and highly motivated

SNF experience is helpful but not required.
