• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify client needs, developing personalized treatment plans that align with their therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate with case managers and other health professionals to coordinate care plans, ensuring comprehensive support tailored to each client’s situation.

As a therapist at Mood Care, you will serve a diverse range of clients encompassing various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. • Possession of an active, independent license as a Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).


• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.


• Ability to establish therapeutic rapport with clients, demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong organizational and time-management skills, ensuring efficient documentation and adherence to best practices in clinical reporting.

• Prior experience in community mental health settings, enhancing your adaptability and understanding of diverse client needs.


• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, supporting efficient documentation and information sharing among team members.
