Must Have:

• Drive & showcase level of effort to manage multiple initiatives at once, drive results across business teams and projects.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Strong facilitation skills for steering committees, project reviews, and status reporting.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, dependencies, risks, and budgets.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams including business, technology, vendors, and external partners.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Project.
• Experience with portfolio management, resource planning, and roadmap development.
• Change management and organizational readiness experience.
