Summary: Site is seeking experienced, board-certified OB/GYN physicians for a long-term locum assignment supporting a growing women's health program. Due to the integrated nature of the practice, agencies should focus on candidates who can provide coverage across multiple care settings, including the outpatient clinic, hospital operating room, ambulatory surgery center (ASC), and limited backup hospital call coverage

Core Coverage Requirements: The ideal candidate will be able to support at least two of the following three areas (clinic & surgery):

OB/GYN Clinic

Surgical/OR Coverage (Hospital and/or ASC)

Hospital Call Coverage Preference will be given to providers capable of covering all three functions.Practice Setting:Providers will work within a robust OB/GYN team of OB/GYN physicians, APPs, and certified nurse midwives. Physicians should be comfortable providing consultation, support, and clinical guidance for complex patients managed by APPs and midwives. In addition to patient care responsibilities, physicians will be expected to serve as experienced clinical resources and mentors for newer providers joining the practice. Procedural proctoring is not required.

Schedule Expectations Preferred Commitment

• Full-time coverage: 5 days per week, 4 weeks per month
• Site will consider providers able to work a minimum of 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off per month
• Candidates available for less than two weeks per month will not be consideredTypical Hours
