  Job Summary
  Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
  Responsibilities
  
  
  
  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care within a 49-bed telemetry unit.
    
  • Assess, plan, and implement care for patients with common diagnoses such as CHF, COVID, and post-cath patients.
    
  • Interpret telemetry strips and provide appropriate interventions.
    
  • Participate in self-scheduling and ensure balanced schedules each month.
    
  • Support unit operations through floating to different units as qualified.
    
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, including holiday and weekend requirements.
    Qualifications
    
    
    
    • Active RN license in the state of Arizona.
      
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in a telemetry setting with skills in interpreting tele strips.
      
    • Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
      
    • Ability to work night shifts and every other weekend as needed.
      
    • Cerner EMR experience preferred due to limited orientation period.
      
    • Comprehensive understanding of dysrhythmia with passing exam score required.
