Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant Director to provide strategic and clinical leadership across our Primary Care and Pediatrics service lines.

Position Highlights:
Provide operational and clinical leadership for Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) across Primary Care and Pediatrics
Partner with physician and administrative leaders to design and implement innovative care models that optimize APC scope of practice
Lead initiatives that enhance access, quality outcomes, patient experience, and financial performance
Mentor and develop APC leaders, fostering a strong leadership pipeline
Enjoy a hybrid role combining leadership responsibilities with clinical care in your specialty
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of leadership or related experience
Active California PA license
DEA registration
For Physician Assistants: CAPA Controlled Substance Certification
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary: $232,000 - $237,000 annually
