Cardiothoracic Surgeon | $1.5M+ Potential | Leadership Role
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $1200000.00 - $1300000.00

An independent, physician-led hospital in the Colorado Rockies is seeking a Cardiothoracic Surgeon (Cardiac Focus) to take on a leadership role within its expanding Heart & Vascular program.

This is a rare opportunity to combine high-level cardiac surgery with program leadership and growth.

Position Highlights

* Leadership-focused role with program development responsibilities

* Primarily cardiac surgery (CABG, valve, etc.)

* Opportunity to shape and grow cardiac surgery services

* Collaborative cardiovascular team (Interventional, EP, Cardiology)

* APP and multidisciplinary support

* Independent system with strong physician voice

Compensation & Benefits

* $1.2M-$1.3M Base Salary

* $1.5M+ total compensation

* Quality bonus + wRVU

* Sign-on bonus + relocation
