Requirements

• MD (Doctor of Medicine)
• ABOS Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Fellowship trained in Orthopedic Sports Medicine
• Eligible for Iowa and Illinois medical licenses
• Skilled in arthroscopic and open sports surgery (shoulder, knee; hip optional)
• Active DEA registration
