LPN – Correctional Nursing

Job Description:

Supplemental Health Care is a national hiring partner for facilities across the United States. Our Correctional Health and Government Services division works with facilities in 34 states to hire for thousands of correctional healthcare roles every year. Currently, we’re helping correctional facilities in Cottonwood, Idaho that urgently need LPNs to provide care. This facility is open to both local and travel candidates.

Qualifications:

• Active Idaho or compact LPN License
• Minimum 1-year prior nursing experience
• American Heart Association BLS
• Corrections nursing experience is a plus
• Applicant must be able to pass a background check before starting work

Travel Contract Details:

• $1,500 – $1,646 per week*
• Start date 5/25/2026
• 13-week full-time contract with possibility of extension
• 36 hours per week
• Both Days and Nights available
• Orientation 40 hours - first 3 days at the regional office, last 2 days at the assigned facility
• Electronic timekeeping on site

Key Responsibilities:

• Medication administration
• Immunizations
• Admissions
• Emergency first aid
