Trinity Rehab Services is hiring an Occupational Therapist to work across Skilled Nursing and Outpatient services in the Mattoon IL area. Youll join a collaborative, person-centered team with strong onsite support and realistic expectations.

What Youll Do:
Provide OT services/establish plan of care
Treat patients in SNF and/or Outpatient settings as appropriate
Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team
Deliver individualized, meaningful patient care
Complete documentation efficiently and accurately
What Were Looking For:
IL Licensed Occupational Therapist or Pending licensure
New graduates encouraged to apply
