A bit about us:
We are seeking a hands on Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations within a manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for overseeing equipment repairs, preventative maintenance programs, plant utilities, shutdown projects, and maintenance staff. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills along with solid troubleshooting experience in an industrial production environment.

Job Details
Lead and support the maintenance team across daily plant operations
Oversee preventative maintenance and repair activities on plant equipment
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and utility systems
Coordinate planned shutdowns and major repair projects
Assist with Capex and facility improvement projects
Manage maintenance schedules, inventory, vendors, and outside contractors
Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with plant procedures
Train and develop maintenance technicians
Monitor maintenance costs and support department budgeting
Support off shift maintenance operations as needed
