    Job Details:

    • Shift Time: Days
    • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
    • Required Qualifications: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from a CAPTE-accredited program; current Kentucky Physical Therapist license or eligibility; CPR certification if applicable; strong communication and interpersonal skills; commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care; new graduates encouraged to apply

    • Additional Information: Provide skilled interventions focusing on mobility training, gait training, balance retraining, transfer training, and functional restoration. Perform comprehensive evaluations assessing strength, mobility, balance, endurance, and functional performance. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and case management teams. Complete documentation in accordance with hospital standards, and educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, safety strategies, and discharge recommendations.
