Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year

Job Details
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and providers seeking HIV PrEP services
Coordinate community outreach with a focus on women of color and high-need areas across Greater New Orleans
Monitor and manage patient care and follow-up for those on PrEP programs
Collect, analyze, and present HIV prevention data to support grant reporting and program improvement
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
Experience or strong interest in public health or HIV-related work
Excellent communication, public speaking, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, or similar software with the ability to analyze and report data
