C&S has immediate openings for full-time, direct hire Hybrid Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Jefferson City. Must live within commuting distance from Jefferson City.

• assisting participants with questions regarding claims and benefits
• relaying information regarding policies and procedures
• documenting contacts as required

• must reside within commuting distance from Jefferson City
• must be fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• excellent communication and customer service skills
• must have strong, reliable internet service
• basic office and phone skills
• previous customer service experience preferred
