Key Responsibilities:Develop and oversee staff schedules to ensure optimal patient coverage across inpatient and outpatient settings.

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
CPR certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Minimum of 3 years of experience in physical therapy management or supervision
Inpatient and outpatient therapy experience
Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a rural healthcare setting
Previous experience in a critical access facility
