This is an entry level position to start a career in the heavy civil construction Industry.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Help manage and oversee all administrative aspects of a project
  2. Track labor and equipment usage and complete time sheets daily
  3. Complete Daily MURK Sheets file
  4. Put together force account submissions for extra work
  5. Manage and code all material tickets
  6. Help review Subcontractor invoicing process and ensure accurate billing and charged to right cost codes
  7. Prepare Submittals
  8. Prepare purchase orders and subcontracts.
  9. Assist in preparation of all project documents and correspondence
  10. Assist in the preparation of project schedules
  11. Submit requests for information.
  12. Develop and maintain good relationships with project owners and stakeholders

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree. Civil Engineering or Construction Management is a plus
  2. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  3. Strong Business writing and communication skills
  4. Strong organizational skills
  5. Strong attention to detail

  1. Bachelor's Degree
  2. Possess valid driver's license
  3. Be us citizen or legally authorized to work

  6. Interest in the Construction Industry
